Ran across the site 'Bushwatch'...still up. And what a Top 20 List it has
of things that BO should do by 2010: Here are the first few...

Now that the executive and legislative branches of government are in the hands of the Democratic Party, here are the top twenty actions the Dems should take by 2010, if they expect the voters to remain loyal.

1. Stop the government's socialization for the rich policies. Such as: halt all tax cuts that are in the various Bush bills but have yet to be instituted and create rules designed to put teeth in economic regulations.

2. Call a halt to all earmarks --REPEAT: ALL EARMARKS-- until the national debt is zero, and do likewise with whatever loopholes the bloodsucking members of Congress come up with.

3. Raise the minimum wage by a substantial amount, allow federal employees to freely unionize, and cut the interest rate on student loans.

4. Rescind that part of the Bush Martial Law: HR 5122, section 1076, that makes Bush and future Presidents dictators.

4. There is a deception most people do not know about.
It is why Nixon said if the President does it it is not illegal, and why Cheney, Bush, and many with power above what they have earned believe they can do anything they want.

Why the lady Helmsley said the rich don't pay taxes.

It is a thought that is pretty common.

Justice is only leveled upon those who choose to follow the laws. Basically the system makes a huge cry that laws must be followed. Courts, prisons, and arrest, for the criminal on the street. Because you can't take something, when the rules say it belongs to someone else. But the people that always advocate for this justice are also the ones that write the rules. If you get to set the rules, you bet, the number one concern, should be other people following them.

Many in power know this, and believe the only time rules should be followed, is when it is advantages to them. And they honestly believe if the cost/benefit analysis says that breaking a rule is profitable, then they do it. It is a total disrespect for concept of law, because they know law has always been a tool to manage what they want anyway. And if they can't rewrite it, they break it.

Invasions, puppet states, overthrowing governments, class warfare on middle class. All illegal, all for someones gain, that ran out of a legal way to do it, and so just did it anyway, because they believe they are above the law.

Law is an illusion for social control, and as long as everyone else follows them, then those that write laws rule.(currently lobbyist)

This is why if the laws were really written by the people it makes sense to follow them. But in the case where the laws are used to target, or not used for criminals in one group, non violent civil disobedience becomes the only choice of action.

Laws only have value, and are only enforceable, if they apply equally, with justice to all. Otherwise they simply don't exist.

I am so glad Bush is on the way out, we need real justice, not two tier justice. Because two tier justice is no justice, and no law. And I think we need to show that there is consequences to setting the example of lawlessness, that example his administration set.

I really believe Mr. Obama will reset the tradition of justice, and rule, by the people, for the people. And he wont need to use Bush's tactics to investigate the Bush administration.
