How about all DUers chip in to buy a box of straws for Chuck
Todd to continue grasp at as he and the rest of the corporate media struggle to keep Blagogate alive. I just watched Chuck and Contessa desperately trying to find even a scintilla of evidence that will allow them to continue to bloviate about pseudo issues designed to erode public confidence in Obama. Needless to say they failed by any rational standard. Not that this will stop them from their mindless theorizing. What a sad state "journalism" has fallen to.

straws

Seriously, I saw it too and it was pretty pathetic how hard they tried to keep this non-story alive.

8. Yeah, I saw that too. They will try to drag this BS out for weeks,
if not months.

Oh no, Barnicle's at it again now, with different talking heads.

10. heh
I'm glad that I'm missing the faux outrage about the report on tv. Also, just got my Newsweek, and in it Isikoff has a "If I had Subpeona power: five questions for Obama", and one of the questions is "Will you promise to leave Fitzgerald alone", and guarantee that he "face no impediments to completing his investigation in the justice department". WTF...first of all, Obama had said BEFORE all of this that he was keeping him. And also, Obama is following Fitz's requests, which the media is mad at him for...and Michael implies with this question that somehow, Obama would prevent the investigation? Whatever.

12.  Isikoff was one of the favored RW outlets in the impeachment
charade. I didn't like him then, I didn't like him even when he would report negative stories on W and I will not like him in the future when he will again be a prime purveyor of GOP lies and innuendo.

13. If you look under a rock and find nothing there
does that mean that there is really nothing there? Or can we continue to speculate on what was under the rock before it was lifted? I'm not sure.

14. Not to wrry theres plenty where that came from
We also have the warren thing and of course every single cabinet pick that is in some way flawed. Apparently since getting elected Obama cant do anything right. Didn't you get the memo?
