2. Isn't it "easier for a pig to enter heaven than rick to pass through the eye of a needle?"
or a doorframe? or a VW Bug? He needs to go to his cell & whip himself for the sin of gluttony.

5. The good thing is that none of us, neither Republican, Democrat, or fundy preacher
gets to decide who may enter heaven, if there is a heaven.

7. Rick has the cash to buy a bigger needle!
Rick's already bought and paid for his way into heaven. He's got a penthouse suite on Jerry Falwell Blvd!

8. I dislike when the right tells us who will go to heaven.
I wish we wouldn't do it either. All this condemnation sure does feel familiar though. Ugh.

9. it's a joke, not a judgement. i don't believe in heaven or the book of fairy tales called the bible
but i will condemn the man for espousing hatred while on this earth. not ok.

12. Passing judgement on judgement much?
Simple criticism, which is actually based on outrageous behavior full of hate itself is not espousing hatred.

10. Some scholars have pointed out that the words for camel and rope
in early versions of the New Testament differ from each other by a single letter, like cat and cut. They think that it may be a copying error. Makes sense to me--an analogy of trying to put a rope through a needle is much more understandable.
