10. Something important is still missing
There are around 5,000 ballots that were challenged but had their challenges withdrawn. Those votes haven't been counted yet, and aren't part of the process of the board reviewing contested ballots and deciding where they go. The withdrawn challenge ballots will go to whoever they were originally awarded to at the local level.

Except, Oh, some withdrawn challenge ballots were counted today. Its all really mixed up.

There still are absentee ballots, maybe 1500. The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled they should be counted today, but said the method should be agreed upon by Franken, Coleman, and the State Board. The court didn't say what would happen if they don't all agree.

Lots of other challenges out there too.

I'd say its too early to project a winner.

11. YAY! Olbermann just covered how Franken won a major ruling about having absentee ballots
counted-and they will favor Franken.
