Isikoff on Tweety: Is JJJ saying the Truth and who is His Emissary to Blago?
Unbelievable!! They are giddy about taking JJJ down. They are not taking him at face value. They are implying that perhaps JJJ's team sent the Emissary to Blago offering money...Isikoff wants to know who is the emissary, did JJJ know, who authorized the offer? Tweety somehow is trying to defend JJJ but Isikoff is not so sure that JJJ is not a target of Fitzgerald's investigation! This shit has legs and I feel bad that they may take JJJ down on bullshit made up information, slander, and innuendo.

1. It only has legs in the fevered minds of those who don't like JJJ anyway.
If JJJ is not a "target", yet a "subject", then that means so is everyone involved, including people on Obama's team. That's what some people aren't getting through their thick skulls.

5. Um, JJJ is not out of the woods yet. The truth is we don't know.
The speculation is silly. We will eventually find out one way or the other. In the near term, this is not good for him, though.

7. Says who?
People said Obama couldn't win, either. We see how that turned out.

8. Jeeze, Tweety.
"This hurts Obama's transition because it shows the context in which he rose to power." Whatever!

10. I'll presume innocent until I get evidence to the contrary......
till then, I won't be presuming him as guilty.

11. If he sent a lawyer, it's called negotiation. For anybody else, it would be a bribe.
That's why they want to know who the emissary is. Lawyer to lawyer conversations are quite common, and no one ever thinks its suspect, because they're lawyers.

12. Jr wanted the seat too bad. He didn't hide that at all after Obama won
Hopefully he didn't go too far by sending someone to offer money.
