JJJ's Lawyer is Coming off like a Smug Jackass
I mean did he really just say that JJJ was entitled to the Senate Seat? I may have heard that wrong, but even if he didnt say that exactly, thats what the lawyer is definitely inferring, like the seat should be his.

6. You mean like Blago's wife was qualified for some of the positions?
Lawyers are behind a lot of corrupt negotiations. And they always get away with it. It sounds like he's trying to justify himself for doing something he may not have had a right to do.

That was the one word in the whole interview I would have taken back if I were him. ... or he should have at least added the reason he thinks he is entitled to it, such as "by virtue of his seniority ," etc., but I think it was a slip up and not his being a smug jackass. He was pretty open ans straightforward
