IThe Ga. Senate race is close! Thought you'd like to know.
I know how important it is that the Dems take control of the Senate, so I wanted to let everyone know I just received this email from the Majette campaign.

There are now just 52 days until Election Day. 52 to continue talking to every Georgian about our vision for a brighter future for all our families. 52 days to victory. Just yesterday, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee released this poll that showed a 5-point margin in the Georgia Senate race, 46% for our opponent and 41 for us.

I didn't post this only in the Ga. group because this is a race to replace a Senator who at least claims to be a Dem (Zell). It's very important that we not only keep the seats we had, but to gain at least 2 more!!!

2. I can only hope! If Deniese wins, we all need to thank Atlanta
There's just not enough of us on the outskirts to make much of a difference. Isacson is an idiot, but a well connected one.

3. Majette was part of AIPAC's "dump Cynthia" movement
The only good thing about this thing is that Cynthia now has a chance to reclaim her old seat. As for Majette, I don't give a hoot about Zell Miller's former protege.

4. And it will be just great if the Senate ends up short of D control again
because Majette almost pulls off an upset but does not because people are still pissed that she beat McKinney.

5. Somehow voting for a pro-Sharon candidate does not wash with the Left
and the Left won't vote for as long as you have candidates that are prowar and are in the back pocket of Sharon, the Likud, and their spying allies in the US.
