Why Drugs and Alcohol Are a Big Part of this Election

There's something that should be brought to the attention of the public and then pushed. We know that the Kelley book is going to reveal Bush snorting coke. We know that the "coke" is not a new story but that the timeline is (puts him several years after his 'conversion and cleanup'). That puts something else in question.

It means the "conversion" story at 40 is a fraud. If he cleaned up at a later date, why don't they use that date? Could it be because he never stopped drinking? Put the drugs and booze together and it brings up one hell of an important point to the American people.

If he is still indulging, then anyone (foreign or domestic) who possess the information that he does or supplie him, runs the Oval Office. We know Cheney runs the show so what does Dick and his corporate buddies have on or supply Chimp?? Do any foreign governments control him with this knowledge----Saudi Arabia (Bandar Bush, Israel?? In other words, a president with habits that need to be fed becomes a president who can easily be under the control of others.

2. At this point his "base" would still vote for him

if he was Jack the Ripper reincarnated. They just do not care. They are looking forward to more tax cuts and getting right wing judges in the SCOTUS. I hope there are more intelligent people in this country who will vote him OUT!

3. Bush doesn't need a foreign supplier

The United States government confiscates a massive quantity of cocaine every year. They claim to destroy it, but! Has ANYONE outside the government ever seen them destroy confiscated drugs?

A brick a year, which they did not have to pay for, will keep Bush whacked and happy all the time. George can sit up in his quarters with Laura, he with his brick and she with her Xanax, and let the adults run the show.

I don't think he ever stopped using, and it's a hell of a control mechanism.

6. I've seen them destroy drugs

They haul it to a public incinerator under police escort and shovel it all in. The used to make a big show of it in Philadelphia.

They'd bring kids from school to watch once in a while, too.

An uncle of mine actually did the incinerating at one time, but not in Philly. He was a cop in a small town in upper Bucks County, PA.

This isn't to say that there aren't a certain number of "clerical errors" in the books. After all, They (cops, inspectors, politicians, accountants and incinerator operators) are Only Human.

By the way ... what's a "brick"?

They have some sort of a machine that packs cocaine into nice little bricks for transport. There's probably one kilogram of cocaine in each brick.

5. "Conversion"

You refer Bush's self-proclaimed "conversion" at 40 being a fraud.

I think anyone's "conversion" story is a fraud. It's like people in jail claiming they have "found Jesus." It's just another avenue people use to escape culpability for a wrong. In Bush's case, it's nothing but a convenient "cover story."

In Bush's case, of course, it is a fraud. In most of his speeches, he slurs his words like nobody but a drunk would. I remember when the press would always openly question Yeltsin's sobriety when he slurred words. Not surprisingly, they never do that when Bush exhibits identical behavior.

7. sally--I never bought that age 40 crap from the get go

It was waaaay to convenient to cover up his past "sins" and have him all scrubbed up, lipstick on and hair combed in order to put him into the political arena.
