With All These Big Ego Superstars, Does Obama Need More Sycophants?

The media is interesting. First, you have some in the media pushing the liberal bias meme again. Second, in response to Obama's appointment of established big-name, big resume advisors and cabinet members, the media has been pushing the idea that these folks will not be able to get along. In other words, the competence of the various folks is not really questioned. Rather, the competence of these folks is actually being used against them, because (god forbid) they may have their own sets of opinions.

So, perhaps Obama needs more yes-men and yes-women. Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden on foreign policy. Geithner and Summers on economic policy. They might all fight. What we need are more Mike Browns who are just tickled as heck to be named to head a major federal agency, and are unlikely to rock the boat.
