It's all going to work out. If she REALLY WAS offered the position, it shows the respect Barack has for her and her abilities to be an international leader. IF Hillary turns it down, she is doing it because of what is best for her life, no sweat. IF Hillary accepts it.....everyone will support her, and Obama, and Bill will be behind her and behind Obama for the next four years.

IF this is all a joke on the media, it shows how Barack and Hillary and Bill are all willing to pull our leg, make us think this is more important while Barack works hard at 100 other appointments.


So why are we talking about this? It's all good for all of us! Or am I missing something???

If so, please tell me what is making you all so upset about this, just 16 days after the election!! Be specific!

1. You make one very good point. Every other appointment

that is mentioned or "leaked" is glossed over while we eagerly await Hillary's decision. Everyone else is largely getting a free pass. If that is what is happening, intentionally, I say "Well played, PE Obama!"

Not SOS...........she and Barack are in on this together.

Some domestic place for women, children, and stuff.


She will LOVE that....... and loves making this whole stuff look like great rumor mill.. great theater between now and Jan 20...

Then 7 days of columnists and reporters being overloaded with stuff to read, as all Obama's appointments get confirmed.

All the work behind the scenes, Bill, Hillary, and Barack doing business together to give America the BEST POSSIBLE government ever, with no press really dealing with the first few weeks of critical offers and negotiations, while the press stalks Hillary and Bill, and Barack just goes to the workout center, and to the office, does a few photo ops....nothing to see here, people, move along... meanwhile, Obama is busy dealing with Pakistan, dealing with the Senate, dealing with the banks and the auto companies..Jan 20, 2009, Obama announces he has saved the auto workers like Reagan announced the hostages in Iran were free.

Draw the attention to the whole will Hillary by the SOS or not and make as many appointments as he can while that story is out there to deflect from the rest of them. The only thing is that is very unlike Obama. I also think it would have had to been something that was coordinated with the Clinton's ahead of time as a diversionary tactic and they are playing along for giggles to get back at the media.
