Whose fault is this, really, that there's so much drama over the SOS pick?
Is it Hillary's fault? Did she ask for this? I'm not saying she did or didn't want this, but if so, how do you know?

Is it Obama's fault? If so, why? Is it his fault if he's considering her for the job and it's taking a while for him to confirm the rumors?

Is it the media's fault? Aren't they the ones turning this into the 3-ring circus it has become?

Unless you have concrete evidence that they are behind this entire drama/circus, I just can't understand why Bill and Hillary are getting blamed by so many people for something that just MIGHT be out of their control. What if they didn't ask for any of this drama?

2. Good points! We have no NAMES going "on the record" about
Hillary being considered. All this fuss and no direct confirmation. Well, except from Bill who states he is willing... but Bill always loved to UPSTAGE Obama during the campaign. Is he doing it again?

3. Everything Obama does is going to create media drama...
I think we need to get used to it. The RW and their media are going to remain very sore losers, probably throughout the entire Obama presidency. They think the world is going to end and they all want the headline scoop... I'm bored with them already.

5. I don't blame the media entirely, but I don't blame Obama or Hillary either
I do think that some of these insiders from both camps (though honestly, what the fuck counts as an "insider" these days) should shut up...the media can't be pulling ALL of it out of their asses...could they?

Whoever is leaking this stuff -- whether it be the Clinton camp or the Obama camp -- that's who is at fault for all the drama.

We shouldn't have known anything about this until it was a done deal.

decide to pop their heads out of their gopher holes at opportune times...
I'd have to say the C's do have some to do with it - add the newstertainment idiotcy (which they know and rely on) then you have a circus like what we are witnessing now.

of the 3 I think Obama would be the least likely to have anything to do with this soap opera silliness.

26. This is vintage Clinton soap opera 101
I don't care whether you like the Clintons or not, you simply can't deny the obvious. She did it during the primaries, and did it again during the Veepstakes. If the future of the goddamn planet wasn't at stake, the whole thing would be incredibly funny. It could be her or Bill or both, but it's definitely coming from Camp Clinton.

Ted Kennedy has said he would make her a big part of any health care reform in the Senate. I hope she takes him up on it. And starts thinking more 1993 mode than Romney 2005 mode.

Bill Richardson will be a great Secretary of State.

America's reputation in the world is restored AND we get decent fucking health care in this country.

Is that not a win-win situation?

That certainly made her persona non grata on this board.

35. The person who leaked it.
Unlike many of you, I don't blame the media. The media had sources that leaked it and they reported it. That is their job. Of course, in today's media, everything that is reported is so sensationalized, and we probably will be better off if that stops, but the media did their job.

I blame the leaker!
