party paid for your election, and voted for you. Not to mention most of the new members of the House and Senate.

Is is not possible for THE PEOPLE, you know CONSTITUENTS, the folks that believed in you enough to go broke sending you $5, to get a FUCKING GOVERNMENT that represents US.

We deserve to be rid of Lieberman ... we got him primaried out of the party. Now shove that MF into a closet

1. Dude, it's not his decision--it's Harry Reid's.
Obama's not even going to be in the Senate by this time next week.

3. Harry Reid should be right out the door with him.
Time for a serious spinal transplant in the leadership of both houses.

7. Actually, it is the decision of ALL of the Democrats in the Senate
Edited on Thu Nov-13-08 11:57 PM by Freddie Stubbs
They will be holding a secret ballot vote.

If he keeps his chairmanship, it will only be with the consent of a majority of the Democrats in the Senate.

12. Secret ballots are for wimps.
By the time our elected representatives get to the Senate, shouldn't they have enough spine to STAND UP for their votes?

4. What if Lieberman was appointed to a Cabinet position
like Secretary of Toxic Waste? Would the Repug Governor of Connecticut appoint his successor or would they hold an election and get a real Democrat in his seat? Just a thought.

10. Yep. Sad to say but they need him for now. However, if they can pick up seats in '10 and
no longer need him, then I foresee a possible "B'bye now!"
