How about those Mason-Dixon Polls pushed by MSNBC before the election?

How about those Mason-Dixon polls that were pimped for the last week by Joe Scarborough and by most of the MSNBC talking heads saying that Obama was in trouble and that McCain was on the move against Obama? It turns out that PPP and Quinnipiac did much better in evaluating the people's pulse in the state polls.
1. The Mason Dixon poll is traditionally skewed towards Republicans
and is widely known for such. The media used it to create drama and keep the ratings up. We now know that by the second debate the McCain campaign knew this thing was almost a done deal.
4. I bet that when they polled south of Mason-Dixon line
They made sure only neo-confederates driving pick-up trucks (preferable with Dixie flags as bumperstickers) were selected to respond. Even then, there probably was enough cross-overs to Obama that they had to adjust their numbers to fit their pre-arranged conclusions.
