If you need to have a few republicans to make things look 'diverse', why not pick a republican that jams a thumb in the eye of the bushes, and declares "*THIS* is a moderate republican"?

7. Volcker as Sec. and Geithner as Deputy Sec.
Then Geithner takes over in two years so Volcker can retire.

Volcker is a legend. It would be awesome to see him back in action.
