Does anyone know what TIME the inauguration parade/ceremony is???

By coincidence I was already travelling on the 20th, and I just changed my flight so that my layover is in DC instead of NY. I arrive in DC at 10:30am and I have all day until my flight the next morning.

I can't find the time of the ceremony or parade, anywhere. Google is failing me!

Does anyone know what time it all goes down?

Or if not, what time it has been in the past?

I know it's day time, so the parade can be in the light, but I hope it's not too early, so I can make it!!!

Any info, even if just heresay, please let me know.

When my wife and I went to scream at the chimp in 2000, the ceremony was at noon and it was more than 2 hours later when his darkened limo sped by us.
