Ted Stevens is first on my list but at the end of the term can he pre-pardon any members or former members of his administration like Rummy, Cheney, etc etc?

Ok peoples, who's he pardoning?

8. Ford pardoned Nixon for any crimes he MAY have committed, so
I think Bush would do similar for his entire administration.

Tom DeLay, Jack Abramoff, Ted Stevens, Duke Cunningham, etc, as well.

...nothing like heading off investigations before they get started....

The only solace we have is that he can't pardon himself...

Judging by the amount of culpable characters that passed through the White House doors
during the * administration, the take from those feeling the need to pay for a pardon
should be immense.
