So how many of us would have to move to Utah
to have enough power to get a ballot initiative to declare marriage to only be between people of the same sex.

3. better yet pass an initiative to legalize polygamy

7. No, polygamy and gay marriage can only be equalized by ...
dumb heterosexuals who think love and devotion between two human beings is NOT the same when both people are of the same sex.

Sorry, Grantcart, I find your writing here very enlightening, I love what you post normally, but I think your comment here is a bit too flip about the rights of all humans, about commitment and love, and about something you probably don't know from a personal perspective, denial of equal human rights for a certain set of human beings.

You are forgiven, for a flip remark, but take it as a teaching moment for you... people who love and are devoted to one person should have that right, without ANY restriction based upon gender of the loved one.

5. There are some absolutely gorgeous places in Utah..........
But I would NEVER want to live there.... I'd, live in NM, CO, CA, and go on trips to Utah for weeks or weekends to see those gorgeous places.........I would NEVER live in any conservative state any more!
