Was Teresa Heinz-Kerry in ABC-WashPost Poll?
Yes, in their Aug. 1, 2004 Poll

12. Regardless of how you might vote, please tell me if you have a favorable or unfavorable impression of (NAME) or perhaps you don't know enough to say.

8/1/04 - Summary Table-- Registered voters

Favorable Unfavorable No opinion
a. John Kerry 51 32 16
b. George W. Bush 47 45 8
c. John Edwards 49 18 33
d. Teresa Heinz-Kerry 34 24 42

Of course, Cheney wasn't officially the Repub VP nominee on 8/1, but it was a near certainty then. Heinz-Kerry couldn't have be a nominee because she wasn't born in the US.

Historic note: The ABC-Washington Post poll had Bush up 4% over Gore on the day before the 2000 election in their tracking poll. Gore won the popular vote by 0.5%.
