Emanuel knows the legislative process inside and out. He's an excellent tactician. He won't be making policy. He'd be carrying out President Obama's agenda, not his own.

Unless he was offered another position as well if he wanted, but I can't believe he would not choose to join the administration.

How short a memory everyone has. I'll never forget how he and his DLC ilk got out in front of the 2006 victories even though they did everything they could to undermine the real reason for those gains - Howard Dean and the 50 State Strategy.

14. Need to be careful...don't offer jobs, leak the info and then get turned down.
I just want to see everything go perfectly for Obama. Things like this happening just gives fodder to the nattering nabobs of negativism.
