Geraldo telling Fox & Friends McCain lost because he catered to the right & went nasty
he said the ayers stuff was bogus and he didn't get one vote with that line of attack because he already had the base. he also said palin was a bad pick because he didn't need to energize the base, he needed to reach out to left leaning voters and should have picked Lieberman.

talk about an awkward set. i have a feeling geraldo's days are numbered on Fox. hehe!!

5. Those are two reasons and add to that an unpoopular president, a bad VP pick and rotten economy
vs. a strong and articulate candidate on our side.

6. Actually, if mccain had run as he did in 2000, not choose palin, and went to the middle
it would have been a much more difficult election

The good news is that this may now focus future elections on the issues rather then attacking your opponent with lies

7. He is totally correct.
If the "real" John McCain had run and not the pandering loser John McCain, he had very real potential to win.

8. Agreed. It's nice to see a mandate for 'not being a douchebag'
for a change. GO AMERICA! GO OBAMA!

We're in this together, and yes we can do this.

To the other politicians watching: we are here, we're watching and more aware than ever. Stop the bullshit: we can have the America we all want and need, but no more hateful, divisive bullshit please.
