Dear beautiful sisters,

Thank you for every hour of time your Dad has spent working to help heal this country.

We all see that this gift is from you too, and want to tell you how deeply touched we are. The time you would spend together that will instead be spent working is time that can't ever be gotten back.

We promise to do our best to hold the media and the right wing accountable, to not allow them to sabotage your husband and father as they did President Clinton. We will raise holy hell if they try to distract us and lie to us any more.

We are so blessed that you as a family agreed to enter into this project with us. We will respect your privacy. As much as we love Barack, and you, we will give you some space to be a family when that is what you ask.

With deep aloha and gratitude for the gift of your brilliant Daddy's time, and love for all of you!
