This is VERY encouraging!
MSNBC just did a live report from Columbus OH which is 100% in picking the Prez. Chris Jansing talked to 2 people at a diner and they said they work at the voter's registration office and they have been at LEAST 80,000 new registrations and peolpe are saying they are registering to vote AGAINST *. And then Chris Jansing says to the camera at the end of her report, the polls have NOT counted these people and most believe IF counted, OH would be a dead heat or put Kerry ahead.

80,000 new registrations JUST in Columbus!
:kick:

6. That is most excellent. Hope it becomes (or already is) a trend all over
the nation. We simply cannot afford another four years of failure.
And we cannot afford another stolen election. Lots of dirty tactics the ReThuglicans will try to pull out I am sure.

10. Great News!
There are a LOT of new voters this year, and they are Kerry supporters in the majority. They are not counted in the polls and that's why we can't let them drive us crazy.

I still say that Kerry needs to take Ohio. If you are a Republican, you must win Ohio or lose, history says. Which is why I want it so bad, and I've never seen a better reason for them to vote Dem, they've lost more jobs than any other State in the country. I don't believe polls that give Bush any big lead there, that's bullshit.

13. Believe ANYTHING w hen it comes to Ohio,
I've grown up here and I can honestly say that a lot of people, especially in the southern part of the state and in the suburbs, are pretty damned dumb and shortsighted. The repukes have absolutely RUINED this state during the past fifteen years, and almost everyone I talk to agree that that's the case, even a lot of republicans I know. But far too many of them STILL plan on voting repuke, even though, by their own admission, they can't stand Shrub and they recognize the damage the Ohio repukes have done to the state. ARRRRGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

17. Shuddup!
*holds hands over ears..*

"I am not hearing you, I am not hearing you...."

Seriously, I think it's a tossup, still. Kerry can win without Ohio, but Bush can't win without it. I don't want Bush to have what he needs to win.

21. As a citizen of Columbus
I've noticed that Columbus is becoming more and more of a liberal city. I'm not sure why, but even the local paper (once a conservative rag) has become more liberal. Columbus and Franklin County will deliver a victory to Kerry in Ohio.

22. Awesome news.... but NO state is 100% in voting for the President.
MO has the best record of the 20th century. No Republican has ever won the WH without OH but it is not a MUST (historically) for Dems.

Cleveland is even more against Shrub.
It's the south of Oh that goes for Shrub, I believe.
