Defying Bush, Congress just voted to block new overtime rules!!!!
Whoa!

Bush just lost out on the overtime rules he tried to snake through!

House votes 223-193 to block new overtime rules.

LOL..been quite a crappy week for * hasn't it? :evilgrin:

3. That means Bush will veto the budget bill it's attached to
like they knew he would. The Democrats will be accused of obstructing the smooth operation of government; Bush will be accused of an attack on working people.

Not a word will be said about the Congress that allowed the overtime abomination to pass inthe first place.
