1. Governors of Illinois and Delaware. Both Democrats.
So we are safe.

3. Ya, the Gov. of Delaware just got termed out, so
She should be good to go to DC and finish out Joe's term. Not sure who Blagojovich (?) would appoint for Obama's seat.
