It has been familiar, but nonetheless oppressive ... this weight of living in a land ruled by those I knew had precious few good intentions towards the average American citizen. And now that weight simply leaving, as if lead were evaporating.

I know, as Will Pitt and others have pointed out, that tomorrow even more work begins. But hell's bells, we elected a black American and a working class punk from Pennsylvania, the smartest motherfuckers in the room to be sure but who could have predicted this even a short time ago ...

Proof, again, that this IS America, and we can do anything.

Let's get to work. There are more great deeds to be done! (But first ... let's party like we have never partied before!)
