ARE these numbers coming in on TV results including EARLY Voting numbers?

ARE these numbers coming in on TV results including EARLY Voting numbers?
I called the League of Women Voters and they said the votes will be counted but I thought I heard somewhere those numbers ARE NOT ADDED right away.

A LOT of the early voting was showing Obama ahead by leaps and bounds and ALL those people who voted early would NOT have been EXIT polled today.

Does ANYONE know for sure when these numbers will be added?

1. Yes. When a precinct reports, they report their early and election-day totals together.

I looked at a lot of those results and it could definately change things if they don't include them.
