6. They're updating just like other "news" sites
Are any real news sites calling it this way?

8. I just looked at their page and it seemed odd to me
I was curious if any other news sites/networks showed anything like that.

7. Maine is one of 2 states that can split their electoral votes
They have 4. 3 to Obama, 1 to McCain

11. I know they can split them
But all pre-election polling showed Obama way ahead in both, and I haven't seen anything from any real news sites saying that a split was happening. Which is why I posted with a "WTF?"

9. If there's one place to NOT watch election returns, it's Wikipedia.
Any nut can enter data.

16. I'm in Maine
The local news is reporting it's gone for Obama, plus AP, ABC and others have called it -- no mention of a split, so I really think it's all 4 for Obama.

In other news, they've called the senate for Collins. :puke: The one voice I hate as much as Failin'. I'm not surprised. I like Allen, but he ran a mediocre campaign and really, really blew it at the end when he gave a defensive, hissyfit press announcement whining Collins' stupid attack ad about how he missed 157 votes. His response, to be honest, was embarrassing, especially because it would have been sooo easy to have an effective, hard-hitting response. In fact, I wrote a good one within about 60 seconds of his press announcement. (He has a 98% voting record. 98% voting on the right side of the issues, vs Collins 100% support for Bush's disastrous Iraq war, 100% support for Bush's disastrous economic policies, 100% support for Bush's disastrous health care policies, etc. The people of Maine are smart enough to know that it's better to be on the right side of the issues 98% of the time, then 100% on the wrong side of issues, 100% of the time.)
