DES MOINES, Sept. 8 /U.S. Newswire/ -- On Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, Democratic Presidential nominee John Kerry will hold a town hall meeting in Des Moines, Iowa. Kerry will talk about the rising cost of health care in America, the wrong choices George W. Bush has made as health care costs have skyrocketed out of control and the Kerry-Edwards plan to build a stronger America by expanding access to affordable, quality coverage.

Following his town hall in Des Moines, Kerry will travel to New Orleans, La., where he will address the 124th Annual Session of the National Baptist Convention.
