I want to start a movement here and now to urge Sen. McCain to drop his pledge to haul the nation into court after he loses. There is no basis for making such a pledge before votes are even cast.

McCain thinks he can intimidate voters by pledging litigation of he does not get his way. But I urge him to be a patriot and drop that threat right now.
