No one could have predicted it would rain in Oregon in November.

But, it won't matter much. Most of the ballots are in, and only the last minute lazies will be dropping theirs off in the rain. :)

Which I think is a good thing, considering McCain has a lot of older supporters and the uninformed will be less likely to wait in a long line in the rain.
