Our nation is in serious jeopardy when far too many of our citizens are this ignorant. I have lived in Europe and witnessed their elections where they can have very stark differences in philosophy, but their differences are far more logically argued. People actually believing that Obama uses hypnotism to get people to vote is beyond the pale. It is difficult for me to accept that these people actually believe this nonsense. If they are not joking, I can only conclude that our educational system has failed us miserably. This is one reason that I oppose vouchers. I can only imagine how children could be totally brain-washed to believe this claptrap in some of these fundamentalist run schools.
