OK, so the Obama campaign called me last week

so I bolted out of work a little early and gave them a few afternoons. And am on board for this weekend.

On the way home today, I stopped off at No On 8 and gave them a few hours as well.

Kudos to the Obama campaign for actually finding me, trust me, if they're calling me, they're calling EVERYBODY.

Really, it's a wonderful thing. I'm so happy I'm volunteering. It's an important thing, and it's thrilling!

4. I got a bunch of text messages from them

it was a smart idea to get everyones cell numbers. I also got emails from moveon. A bunch of different people from Obama campaign and from Darcy Burners campaign.

I had volunteered a few weeks ago and was going to call but after all the reminding I signed up for two shifts at local office again through moveon for sunday and tuesday my days off.

Let's just say they have left no stone unturned. I only have cell phone. I live in small city of 3,000 in a very rural area and have to drive 35 min to larger city where office is.
