1. I was just talking about this today!
With my husband. About 13 years ago we adopted the cats of a local politician. (R) He and his wife interviewed us for 3 hours to make sure we were the right people for their beloved cats, which is about 2 hours and 45 minutes longer than when McCain talked to Palin about becoming his running mate. Interesting to know that the welfare of 2 cats is more important than picking the person who would be second in line to lead our country.
