I opened up my newspaper this morning to see that some man is suing to get Obama's name off of ballot because he was "born in Kenya".. Our sec. of state is trying to give him the smackdown...

Then I go to one of my fave message boards and someone posted this:

Yep. Berg's lawsuit was dismissed last friday. Simular cases in Washington and Ohio have been dismissed.
