Funny how that works out...

(from http://www.allvoices.com/contributed-news/1647346-simple-question-for-mccainpalin-do-you-think-fdr-was-a-socialist-explain)

The loudest voices in opposition of Obama's innovated economic and health plans are the ones who have been the largest "takers".

2. Of course, this may be due to the fact that Blue States, by and large...
..have stronger economies than Red States. But that hardly detracts from the argument.

9. Well those states just need to pull themselves up by their boot straps and work harder!
:eyes::eyes::eyes::eyes::eyes::eyes:

I have rarely been able to get it through some thick rural skulls around here that the millions in farm subsidies we receive is exactly what they say they are against. Of course, they gladly cash the check and then bitch about welfare moms.

5. Cold But True, Sir
As a resident of Illinois, it bothers me a little. Not providing assistance to persons in need, but hearing many of those same persons rear up on their hind legs and bleat about how they are independent and scorn handouts from the government, and denounce states like mine as centers of dependency and degeneracy, when the fact is that we subsidize them, and at some cost to ourselves.

11. LOL
I was disappointed to see Vermont as a "taker" state. :( Wasn't at all surprised to see the other places I've lived pretty high on that "taker" side. (Arizona, North Carolina, and South Carolina.)

13. I would, but I'm not sure the route on that...
I would love to see this make the rounds on the cable news, but, alas, I am not familiar enough with the protocols of submitting such a piece to them.
