...does Sludge depend on leaks for Ras, too, or is he a paid subscriber who should have received the results a couple of hours ago?

2. Drudge always has the results about an hour early
and immediately starts whoring them if they show a close race.

So if there's nothing by about 8:30 EST, we can probably guess that Ras either hasn't changed or has gotten better.
