Any word on whether Kerry is taking Biden's spot as Senate Foreign Relations Chairman?
The Hill claimed that Dodd is staying on as Banking chief, so Kerry would be the next highest ranking member of the committee....

Come on, John, demand the post!! A president Obama needs John Kerry as Senate Foreign Relations Chairman!
