He said this this morning on POTUS O8 XM first of all he's lying he was wrong in 04 his final numbers that Tuesday on election day had Kerry three points ahead of Bush in the popular vote. I guess his excuse would be plus or minus in the percentage either way

Now he PREDICTED Kerry would win based on the long held belief undecided voters typically broke toward the challenger and not the incumbent. That's where he gave Kerry the three point win. That was his personal prediction, not based on voters.
