that need to get filled up with more evidence, facts, statistics
and other things like that before they can decide.

10. Yes he did.
I agree with him. After see all that Obama has to offer compared to what McLoser doesn't have to offer if you're still undecided at this point in time; either you've been in a coma for the past 2 years or you're a complete moron.

Regards

6. Their brains
Edited on Wed Oct-29-08 05:05 PM by Mz Pip
are not bigger because they allow for more storage; they are bigger because they are filled with more air. Hence the term 'airhead.'

8. That's totally nuts, if they're trying to imply the undecideds are smarter.
STop and think: How many college professors did you ever meet who had no clue whom to vote for?

Furthermore, let me add that there is a direct correlation between the reputation of the school and the liberality of the politics of the faculty.

11. My response is

Yeah, I'm sure the MENSA meetings are nothing but uncertainty about elections.

I'm thinking undecideds are mostly a mix of the infinitely cynical, the completely tuned out, the stupid, the dishonest, or the attention starved.
I guess there could be a few that have a clusterfuck of beliefs that deeply conflict.

13. UPDATE: Not bigger brains, but merely bigger Undecided Lobes.
It is difficult for us to imagine what that would be like,
to have a lobe that must be filled up with evidence before
it can act synapsistically and send messages to tongue and
hands.

15. Einstein's Brain Was Smaller Than the Norm
Edited on Wed Oct-29-08 06:03 PM by mikekohr
That kind of thinking is like the 1700 to late 1800's era anthropologists studing skulls of Native Americans and African Americans trying to prove that the white race had bigger craniums and therefore better intelligence and culture.

What a steaming load of crap.

SAMUEL GEORGE MORTON: Regarded as among the foremost scientific minds in America in the mid 1800's

Like many of his colleagues of the 1800's Dr. Morton mined scientific evidence to fit a worldview dominated by Christian theology and Euro-centric bias. Morton believed that skull size determined cognitive ability. Aware of the danger of amassing a collection of skulls from Caucasian gravesites, Dr. Morton instead concentrated on acquiring skulls from American Indian burial grounds. The world's best known biologist at the time, Louis Agassiz, wrote his mother that Morton's collection of over 600 skulls, nearly all of which were Indian, was alone worth a trip to America. Morton's collection eventually grew to over 1,000 specimens.
Based on skull size and phrenology (bumps on the skull) Morton determined that Caucasians were the highest race, American Indians according to Morton had an inferior intellect. Morton stated, "The Indian brain was so deficient that the race would be impossible to civilize." Morton also noted that, "....He who has seen one Indian tribe has seen it all." Morton's work influenced anthropology for decades and his work was regarded as among the most advanced of it's time.
After the death of Albert Einstein, Einstein's brain was removed, measured and found to be smaller than the average human brain and far smaller than the largest recorded brain size . It was then that the long discredited work, the nonsense, and bigotry of Samuel Morton and his generation of anthropologists was finally put to rest, once and for all. 64).

21. I'm under the impression that most of them aren't too bright.
So they may have 'bigger brains' but perhaps in this case it is quality not quantity that matters.

22. undecideds are mostly attention whores
especially the ones who sit on news panels to discuss what they liked/disliked about the candidates.

the only type of undecided i could understand would be if it was a Republican who disagreed with Obama on most issues but was struggling financially and maybe thinks Obama could help more in that area. and similar types. but these people don't need more info.
