I am disturbed by the traction the redistribute lie is getting

I was talking with an independent, who leans liberal, who actually thinks that Obama said he wants to redistribute the wealth. I really think all of DU needs to make a major push to dispell the vile lies of dirtbag McCain and is equally lying and dishonorable Sarah Palin and all their scumbaggy hench people.

3. A big part of the problem is that the MSM

constantly shows clips of McCain/Palin speeches (and often the entire speeches) but rarely is there any mention of Obama's response.

Actually, it is MCCAIN who wants to redistribute the wealth - by shifting even MORE of the overall tax burden onto the middle class!
