I'm sure this person can be trusted to keep the vote from being surpressed...
Todd Rokita, Republican Secretary of State of Indiana:

During a speech Thursday at a Republican event, Todd Rokita said 90 percent of blacks vote for Democrats.

"How can that be?" Rokita said. "Ninety to ten. Who's the master and who's the slave in that relationship? How can that be healthy?"
.....................................................................................................

How the fuck does someone like this get a job like Sec. of State?

Good Lord. Even the Secretary of STATE can't hide his racism. Isn't even trying.

on edit: I see that statement was from April 2007, and he publicly apologized for it. Apology not accepted.

6. To be frank, it is a year ago.
I wasn't aware of that when I saw this mentioned elsewhere, but here you go: http://www.theindychannel.com/news/12178530/detail.html

My feelings stay the same.

And as it turns out, he's accusing ACORN of "massive fraud." I'll bet he was pissed the early voting centers were kept open via court order.

How can it be healthy for a lot of poor, under-educated white people to continue voting for rich old white men who loot the public treasury like fucking pigs slopping at a trough every goddamned time they get in office? Riddle me that?
