The above is a link to the Chester PA speech. 9,000 people came to the crime capital of Pennsylvania to stand in high winds, rain, cold and mud on a weekday.

Meanwhile, McCain cancelled his outdoor rally, which was supposed to in Quakertown PA today. He knew his supporters wouldn't come out in the rain.
