I've broken out the Canon 20d, imperfect as it is. There is plenty of solid Obama hope around here, but also some serious vitriol. Here's the latest propaganda that's being stuck to mailboxes in Wausau, under the guise of the Obama campaign's seal.

It gives me the shivers.

2. This is a federal offense.

It is illegal to put flyers and pamphlets, etc in U.S. Mail boxes. Your mail box is the property of the U.S. Postal Service. Secondly, in Wisconsin there is No Party Registration.

Make a complaint to the Post Office and police. Let them know that you are also contacting the news media in your area. Then start calling the media.

This is my favorite sentence "He sat in a psuedo-Christian church, 20 years of radical racist J.Wright and injested all that white hatred" --yes "injested" and since when did Rev. Wright preach "white hatred"? They must have meant hatred OF whites

("We know who you are and we're coming to get you," is what it says. But it's another 'race hoax.')

I don't know if postal inspectors are civil service, or if they're classic patronage appointments, but someone should also be contacting their local, county district attorney's office. Look them up on the web and send an e-mail.

J.B. van Hollen's office would be another place to send this to, if only for form's sake. To put something else on their plate besides 'voter fraud' and 'Acorn.'
