Just printed a sample ballot and for President, he is dead last. There are seven of them. McCain is 4th...

3. Yes, It is. Now that you mention it, Chuck Baldwin is the first
followed by Bob Barr, Roger Calero, McCain, Mckinney, Ralph Nader and Obama.

I have often thought that the order is determined by tossing a coin, or something.

2. I've always wondered how states detrmine that...
Obama was at the top of my ballot, but maybe it's because we have a Democrat governor and it's listed as such. Maybe some states do a lottery method.

I just got the sample ballot today, which is always the same as the real one.
