Are John McCain, Sarah Palin, Cindy McCain and Todd Palin evil?
Do you think that the McCain's and the Palin's are evil people who have no redeeming qualities?

I am curious to see what people say.

1. No. I don't think like a Republican. It's not good vs. evil. It's old vs. new, fear
vs. love, open-mindedness vs. bigotry. Like that.

2. Hard to say- I don't know any of 'em
But my impression:

McCain: Angry, bitter, stupid impotent old man but not evil.

Cindy: Fried brain drug addled zombie but not evil.

First dude: Not smart enough to be evil.

Palin: Good possibility of evility there.

4. If I was going to pick one to be evil, she would be it. I don't tend to think in terms
of evil, as mentioned above, but Sarah Palin seems to me to be the most calculated of the bunch.

7. No. Sold out, burned out, spaced out, and retro.
But probably all decent human beings, assuming they never hold public office.

8. I think they're incredibly out of touch and don't understand the consequences
of their actions.

9. There is no "evil."
There is stupid.
There is greedy.
There is angry.
There is corrupt.
There is morally banktrupt.
There is incompetent.
There is smug.

But "evil" connotes some otherwordly spiritual essence which I cannot believe in, fathom, endorse, nor define.

If the sum of all their failings means "evil" then they are that.

I prefer to think they are willfully ignorant, stupid, corrupt, angry, smug, greedy, and morally bankrupt.

10. You have to ask if they know the difference between right and wrong.
If they do, and have deliberately chosen to do things that they know to be wrong, then yes, they are evil.

13. What? No, of course not. Dangerous, delusional, divisive, sure. But not evil.
There are a lot of people I detest and believe they make the world a worse place for existing. But that doesn't make them evil.

pathetic, truly pathetic, weird, and weird and creepy, respectively.

20. I for one believe in good and evil
Palin=yes, she's as soulless as anyone I can think of.
McGollum=meh...undecided but certainly twisted and stupid
Taaaawwwwwd=unknown
Cindy=possibly, I never thought it until she twisted that vote on troop funding. She knew very well what she was doing and did it anyway.
Bus=nah, misguided and utterly lacking in curiosity
Darth Cheney=I'd tend to think so.

Doing what you know to be wrong in your heart is indeed sin and doing it for personal gain or shits and giggles is evil.

I believe in redemption, not a fucking pass. Even liberal thinkers need lines in the sand they won't cross or accept at some point.
