5. I interpret this as

That Palin condones such disgusting behavior from these openly racist so and so's, because Palin herself has racist tendencies.

If she didn't, she would have stopped babbling and told someone to escort the racist out and said that her and McCain won't accept racists attending their rallies.

That she kept on babbling tells me a great deal about Palin.
