Just made my own calculations: Gramps has to win ALL of the following states to win:
Edited on Mon Oct-27-08 06:44 PM by jazzjunkysue
Virginia (Not gonna happen)
Florida (Thanks, Jeb. You can have it)
Missouri (Long odds)
North Carolina (The only one he could grab honestly)
Nevada (Not since the crash)
Ohio (I just don't even want to go there.)
Indiana (Total toss up)

Because Obama has the rest of the electoral college by at least 10 points, Gramps cannot lose any of the states above if he wants to win.

So, the only question is, can the senile fool rig all 7 without getting caught?

This election will end up in court regardless of the winner, unless Obama just thoroughly kicks his ass.

Even if he wins all those 7 Obama still wins 273 to 265. McCain would need to add Colorado as well.

5. I think that's what they're afraid of, and are trying to save face and at least
bring in all the fundie states, at this point.

They're trying to beat Bob Dole's loss. They know it's over against Obama.

Sometimes I think that if he had another few months, Obama would take everything except the most southern: Kentucky and Alabama and Luisianna and Tennissee.

I think he'd eventually get Texas and the mid west.
