1. And if these are 2004 Dem/Repub breakdowns, we're doing even BETTER!
Great news today.

Great, great news.

16. They may be based on Ras's "cheap" numbers
They seem to be consistently about 2 points below average polling numbers (but not always).

5. So Obama is -6 in VA over a week?
Not sure I buy that.

He was up 10 in their last poll.

8. Weird. Ras had Obama up ten last week.
So they must do separate polling for FOX.

11. Look at their history on the Ras page for FL
They show an average of +3 with 538 having an average of +2, so +4 is a positive swing no matter how you look at it.

7. I'm confused. Is the FOX/Ras poll the same as the solo Ras polls?

14. Ok, well that's good.
That means when Ras does their other poll, which had Obama up 10, he'll be up 20! :P

18. Strange that Ras does two completely different FL polls...
...with such striking differences in results. This one has a larger sample size, but I suspect there must be some other methodology differences at work here (different weightings, etc.)?

12. May be time to stop looking at the national polls :)
This is pretty good news! Even if we win just one of these we win it ALL!

President Barack Obama!

15. I find this odd...
sounds like a setup for the Big Upset:

"The data suggests an ongoing challenge for Exit Polling this year. In every state but one, a majority of Democrats say they’d be very likely to take the time to fill out an Exit Poll questionnaire if asked. In every state but one, the number of Republicans willing to do the same is below 40%."

17. You can't blame Dems for being more willing to participate
Hopefully exit pollsters know about these polls about exit polling when they do their calculations.

23. I wasn't clear.
Not blaming Democrats, just wondering if the pollster is preparing for anomalies that can be explained away if the exit polls don't match the tally.

21. Tell Rasmussen they are full of shit
I consider Rasmussen polls to be on the conservative side, so this is the "low" end.
