What'll be Your Drink of Choice Election Night
I'm thinking of champagne, or a pitcher of apple martinis, or some kind of decadent drink with super rich ice cream mixed with Bailey's or Kaluha.

Whatever the results, I know I will be doing lots of drinking election night!!

4. Large quantities of beer and vodka.
Vodka will be Svedka for sure, and the beer will probably be something dark with lots of hops.

15. LOL Love the Palin NOPE poster!
Yeah, probably a lot of coffee and pepsi to keep awake doing my campaign volunteering during the day time on election day... then drinking and partying election night!!

That is, if I don't throw up from sheer nervousness. This campaign is making me a wreck!!

JUST changed my sig line pic to my Hope O'Lantern! *lol* The grandkids were here this weekend and we did pumpkins and baked cookies :-)

But yeah, I am eager for the election to be over so I can BREATHE again! Won't it be great to have a president of whom we can be proudfor a change??

13. Tequila de Blue Agave

I'll be sipping on this in a highball with ice until the winner is declared then I'll celebrate with a couple straight shots.

(OT: 1800 has become very good since it left the Cuervo brand.)

19. Living in the heart of Tequila land?!
I'm jealous!

1800 is what I'd consider my bottom shelf, but, in all honestly, I don't have much in the way of choice. ABC Stores in Virginia carries mostly mixto crap and very few top quality Agave tequilas.

Oh and ¡Viva Obama!

21. If your going to be drinking Tequila may I suggest...
The absolute best available...

I bought a bottle this weekend with a celebration in mind.
It's the nectar of the gods, as Bartcop would say.

And it ain't cheap but after the last eight years, I deserve it.

32. I'll have to see if the stores around here carry it...
I've never seen that brand before.
And tequila IS the nectar...but only if it's quality. Otherwise, it's a horrific brew bound to make for a terrible time.

37. Truer words have never been spoken.
Many of my friends base their opinion of "tequila" on the overly marketed "Jose Cuervo Especial". They all think that is what real tequila is and stubbornly refuse to try a good 100% Agave Anejo or Reposado. :(

We've already told all the Dems in the neighborhood that we'll be serving champagne and pie on November 5th.
They have all been invited to come over and share.

Champagne to celebrate.

Pie in honor of Barack Obama.

My day is your night, so I won't be drinking until the morning your time and evening my time.
But I got that bottle of San Miguel Beer from the Philippines, or maybe I should celebrate with if that's what happens. Or to drink myself into a stupor if McRacist wins.
