No matter the outcome on Nov. 4, we aren't going to be rid
of Palin. We have to watch who steps in to craft her positions. So far, Palin has been a short-term wonder in the various endeavors she has tried. She doesn't have the intellectual curiousity to truly inform herself on issues and draw conclusions from what she learns. The big question is whether she has the stamina to take several years of putting that gigantic ego on the line every single day.

2. If she doesn't get convicted of anything and doesn't develop a rap sheet
I'm wondering if she'll continue enjoying support in Alaska. She's given a lot of ammunition to her opponents, both Rep and Dem in that state. If she leaves public office, I don't think she's articulate enough to remain in the public eye by becoming a TV political talk show personality. It's true that she's still fairly young, but I don't see much of a future for her except for maybe becoming a figurehead for some extreme right wing causes.

7. She will go back to Alaska, taking A. Todd with her, where they
will hook Ashley up with a buddy of Levi, and they will all live long lives together wondering where it all went wrong for them here in the lower 48. Some will go on to nearly finish high school.

11. Agreed. She will be the leader of the Contrarians, those who will gleefully cut their own noses off
to spite your face.

Her rock-solid base will be Handicap and Special Needs voters who always vote as one.

We must cultivate and develop a Democratic Female leader who parallels all of Palin's traits except she's an EXPERIENCED, intelligent, smart, Progressive Populist.
